From 4th to 6th October 2016 in Warsaw EXPO XXI Centre the International Medical Trade WIHE took place. This is the biggest in Masovian district international exhibition of medical products and devices, targeted to the people connected with research and development and health industry.

BRASTER Company, presented innovative in the world scale In-Home Breast Cancer Prophylaxis Braster System®. It was distinguished as the most innovative product of this year trades. In substantiations jury pointed the modern solutions applied in Braster System® – liquid crystal matrices and system for automatic image interpretation. Jury pointed out also the fact that Braster System® respond to the needs of thousand women and have a chance to be commonly use in the future.

The Braster® System is used for self-examination of the breast and supports the early detection of malignant lesions. Women at home will be able to invasively examine breast cancer. Braster technology created by Polish scientists uses liquid crystal matrix technology to record heat images on the breast surface. Thermographic images made during the test are transmitted to an artificial intelligence algorithm based on automatic interpretation. The system analyzes the images obtained and identifies the features that indicate possible breast lesions. Upon completion of the analysis, the application informs the woman about the result of the study, which will be available on her individual account on the Braster.eu platform.

In-Home Breast Cancer Prophylaxis Braster System® will be available on the market on 19th October.
