He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Economics in Cracow.

He has been active on the financial market for over 22 years. Until the end of 2016, Michał Wnorowski was an Investment Director managing the PZU Group portfolio of long-term shares. He has experience in investment project management, market analysis, business analysis and valuation as well as management of securities portfolio. Wnorowski has also dealt with restructuring and ownership supervision of companies.

He was on the supervisory boards of the following companies: Robyg, Elektrobudowa, Travelplanet.pl, EMC Instytut Medyczny, Armatura Kraków, ARM Property.
